Presenter Scott Chaskey for Tuesday, October 15, 2024, 7pm, at the Morgan-Manning House.

Scott Chaskey is a poet, farmer and author of three books.  He and his wife Megan live in Sag Harbor, New York.
A pioneer of the Community Supported Agriculture movement, past president of the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New York and Farmer of the Year in 2013.  He has written the following books,  This Common Ground, Soil and Spirit and Seed Time. 

As writer Gary Paul Nabhan states,  "as one of America’s greatest agrarian poets and essayists, Scott Chaskey deserves recognition as a national treasure.”

Scott will speak on gardening, organic movement, sustainability and much more.
